Bryan joined JC Jones in 2010 after 12 years with Goldman Sachs, Ernst & Young, and UBS PaineWebber. He has extensive management experience in finance, accounting and control including performance and SEC reporting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, cash management, and risk and business viability assessments.
- Coordination of Sarbanes Oxley assessment and implementation for $1B LP Gas MLP using a tops-down risk-based approach which allows optimization of key controls and related testing requirements
- Turnaround advisor on several small to middle market clients in the construction, manufacturing and lumber industries.
- Pricing enhancement study for $150M national plumbing supply firm.
- Led system integration of new IT system and enhanced management reporting for the private equity division of a leading investment bank.
Prior to joining JC Jones, Bryan was Vice President in the Controllers division at Goldman Sachs where he managed divisional and SEC reporting, Sarbanes Oxley assessments, valuation reviews and risk analysis. Bryan has also worked as an auditor with Ernst & Young in the New York City office and with UBS PaineWebber as a Financial Advisor.
Bryan earned an MBA from the Stern School of Business of New York University with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and Financial Instruments. He holds a BS in Accounting and Economics from Le Moyne College, is a CPA in the state of New York and is a member of the AICPA. In addition, Bryan holds the credential of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
